Can I select a time slot?

Standard DPD deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm. On the day of delivery, you'll receive a one-hour delivery time slot provided by the courier. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details. You can use these details to track your order and check its delivery progress. 

Can I choose a morning delivery?
Yes, you can choose DPD Pre-12 delivery for £9.99 on selected orders. This means your order will arrive between 8am and 12pm on your scheduled delivery day. This option is available for mainland UK and Scotland only and isn't available in extended delivery areas.

Are there any additional delivery times or restrictions? 

These are a few things to keep in mind when checking your delivery options:

• Additional delivery times 
  We offer delivery across England and Wales as standard. Deliveries to addresses in Scotland and Northern Ireland may take an additional working day to arrive. 
• Check your delivery area
  If your postcode falls outside the areas highlighted on our delivery map, your order may take an additional working day to arrive. Simply enter your postcode into our delivery and turnaround checker to confirm the delivery information for your area. 
• Delivery restrictions 
  Unfortunately, we don't currently deliver to Jersey, Guernsey or the Republic of Ireland.
