Where is my order?

You can check the latest status of your instantprint order at any time through your online account. If your order has been dispatched, you can also track its progress directly with the courier.

How can I check my order status?

To check the current status of your order:

1. Log in to your instantprint account.

2. Go to My Orders.

3. Find the order you're looking for and click to expand the order information.

4. Check the latest status to see whether your order is still in production or has been dispatched.

How can I track my dispatched order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it directly through the courier's tracking portal.

1. Visit My Orders.

2. Find the order you want to track.

3. Select Track Order.

4. You'll be taken to the courier's tracking portal, where you can view the latest tracking information and delivery updates.
