Customer Self Serve Guide

Customer Self Serve Guide

A simple walkthrough for managing your artwork and proofs through your account area.

---

What you can do

Through your account you can handle the whole proofing and artwork process yourself:

Upload artwork

Approve a proof online

Upload new artwork to an existing order

Submit a manual proof (when something needs a closer look)

Download artwork you've used before

Create artwork using the online designer (DOL)

---

1. Upload artwork

Use this when you have a job waiting for artwork and want to add your file.

Go to your account and click on the job that requires artwork.

Click Upload Artwork.

Click the Upload button and select your file. A proof will be generated automatically.

Once the proof appears, you can go back to the uploader at any time to change the artwork.

If the proof doesn't look right, click My proof is wrong to request a manual proof.

If everything looks good, click Approve and send for final check.

> After you approve, a member of the studio team thoroughly checks your file to make sure it's print-ready before sending to print. They'll let you know if there are any issues.

---

2. Approve a proof online

Use this when a proof is already waiting and you just need to review it.

Go to your account.

Select the job.

Click View Proofs.

The Check your proofs window will pop up. From here you can:

Approve the artwork

Change the artwork

Add notes and request a manual proof

Download the proof

---

3. Upload new artwork to an existing order

Use this when an order is awaiting artwork and you want to add a new file.

Go to your account and click on the order that is awaiting artwork.

Click the Upload Artwork button.

Click Upload and select your file.

This takes you to the Check your proofs page.

From there you can approve the proof, change the file, request a manual proof, or download the proof.

---

4. Submit a manual proof

Use this when the automatic proof isn't right and you'd like the studio team to take a look.

Once your artwork is uploaded, you'll land on the Check your proofs page.

Click My proof is wrong.

On the next page you'll be asked to re-upload your file and add your notes (special instructions, ideas, or details that help the team understand your vision).

When that's done, click Submit for manual review.

---

5. Download previous artwork

Use this when you want to grab a copy of a design you've made before.

Go to your account.

Click Saved Designs.

Click Edit on the design you want — this opens it in the designer.

On the designer page, click the Preview button. This downloads the file.
